Downtown parking tends to be busy, so allow extra time. Always check posted signs for time limits and hours. Street parking is available along Petaluma Boulevard North and nearby side streets. In addition, the Keller Street Parking Garage and Theatre Square Parking Garage are free to the public and located within walking distance of downtown Petaluma.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Downtown parking can be tricky, so giving yourself 10 minutes to find parking helps ensure a stress-free arrival. Once you’re inside, we ask that you allow 5 extra minutes to complete any necessary intake forms, especially if it’s your first visit or a new treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we’ll unfortunately need to reschedule your visit to the next available appointment. This allows us to stay on time for all patients and ensure you receive the full quality of care. In this case, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply.We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Any missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours will also incur the $100 no-show or late cancellation fee—no exceptions.
