Frequently Asked Questions

001
How should I prepare for my facial appointment?

We recommend coming with a clean face and avoiding exfoliating products like retinol or acids for a couple of days before your visit. Don’t worry; our estheticians will assess your skin when you arrive and customize your treatment accordingly.

002
Can I get a facial if I don’t have specific skin concerns?

Absolutely! Many clients enjoy facials simply as a way to relax and refresh their skin. We offer soothing, customized treatments that provide a calming, spa-like experience, even if you’re just looking for some self-care.

003
What should I do after my facial?

To get the most from your facial, try to avoid direct sun exposure, heavy makeup, and strong skincare products for a day or two. Your esthetician will also give you personalized aftercare tips based on your skin’s needs.

004
I have sensitive or acne-prone skin - can I still get a facial?

Yes! Our facials are tailored to your skin type and concerns, whether that’s sensitivity, breakouts, or something else. We’ll talk through what your skin needs and create a gentle, effective treatment just for you.

005
Do you offer skincare advice or product suggestions?

If you want, our estheticians are happy to share simple tips and recommend products that fit your lifestyle. We focus on what works best for you—no pressure or hard sales, just guidance to help your skin feel great.

006
What are some important things to know about a chemical peel?

Chemical peels effectively treat fine lines and wrinkles, excess oil production, acne, and hyperpigmentation by gently exfoliating and renewing the skin. To ensure safety and optimal results, patients should discontinue active skincare products (such as retinols) for at least 5 days before treatment, and must not be sunburned, have open skin lesions, or have used Accutane within the past year. After your peel, diligent SPF use is essential, and facial waxing should be avoided for a minimum of 2 weeks to protect the skin as it heals. Our licensed esthetician will review all detailed pre- and post-care instructions during your complimentary consultation to ensure you feel fully prepared for your treatment.
